HappyEasyGo — full refund is not initiated for tickets cancelled by jet airways

My flights were cancelled by jet airways for which they told me i should get full refund from happyeasygo. But the standard provrdure of cancellation of tickets at happyeasygo app giving reason airline has cancelled my tickets they are not refunding me fully. Instead of 5071 and 4468 inr (Including coupon amount) they are refunding me 674 and 0 inr respectively. Please look at the attachments.
