HappyEasyGo — HappyEasyGo- Cancelled Flight Fare NOT REFUNDED | |
E-Ticket[protected] HappyEasyGo has not yet refunded the money in spite 30 days have passed I cancelled the ticket on HappyEasyGo portal. My flights were cancelled due to COVID-19 and Indigo has already confirmed that the refund has been done to the HappyEasyGo. Each time I call the customer care, they give me different dates for refund and say transaction has been initiated and refund would be credited soon. And today they asked me to send them a cancelled cheque if I want the refund to be processed. Their site says "While Cancelling/Rescheduling any of your booking, refund would be done in your original mode of payment within 10-15 working days". Why do you even have these FAQs if you do not abide by your procedures???? This is clear harrassment of the consumer and lying to your customers every time they call you. I wonder if you have any work ethics or code of conduct. Request you to initiate a refund asap and make the process simple. I am sure you are going to lose many customers if this is how you focus on customer service. Was this information helpful? | |
