HappyEasyGo — HappyEasyGo is not processing my refund

Hi, booked my flight using HappyEasyGo but due to some circumstances fight booking was cancelled through airlines and they processed full refund which is visible at Indigo site as well

HappyEasyGo replied that it takes 10-15 days but it is already 18 days and no change in status of my refund.
