HappyEasyGo — Journey cancelled due to COVID without refund | |
We booked international tickets for 3 people using Happy Easy Go before March when COVID started. Our journey date was 29th March and return was on 30th March. Our tickets got cancelled due to travel advisory and we contacted AirAsia for the refund. We were asked by Air Asia to contact Happy Easy Go since we booked the tickets through them, any refund processed will go to HEGs account - we have attched AirAsia chat screenshots herein.Chat is the only way to contact Air Asia customer care. We need the refund of tickets which is around 43-45k INR.
