HappyEasyGo — money deducted but no flight ticket, now they are not refunding the amount

On April 4th, early morning around 2:12 AM, i tried to book a flight from Bangalore to Hyderabad for April 30th, 2018. for three passengers and the total cost was Rs 4947
I used my Axis Internet Banking and did the transaction, after giving the OTP and submitting it, it said gateway error. but money was deducted from my account. Next Minute itself, i have given a call to HappyEasygo support executive, he said that he didn't receive the amount and transaction was incomplete. I had asked him what may be the cause for this? He said that it might be problem from axis bank, said to call the bank people and get the money back to the amount, then i said ok and asked him shall i re-book it and then happyeasygo executive said that just logout and login again and do the transaction again.
Now again, i tried with my Axis Credit card { VISA Card }, but same thing happened as before . Gateway error. Next minute i called your executive again, he said the same reason that money didn't reach him, but it was deducted from credit card. He said to call bank and find it out. I said ok and hanged up.
After the call, i had given a call to Axis Customer care, They said that money transaction was done successfully but happyeasygo didn't clam the amount so far. If Happyeasygo didn't claim in 15 days, then they said it will be refunded to my accounts. I said ok and i was satisfied.
On April 5th, i had given a call to happy executive again, and explained all this, and he said that there were two incomplete transactions and money was not added to Happyeasygo company account and he suggested me to call the bank again inform them to reverse the amount, and even he said that he will be sending me a acknowledge mail mentioning that the amount didn't reach them. I said ok and i was waiting for the mail, where i can talk to bank people and show that as proof. But no email nothing till now.
Again, on April 6th, i had called to Axis internet banking support and Credit Card executive to check about my amounts, I was shocked after hearing their response. They said that amount was claimed by Happyeasygo and said me to check with happyeasygo guys on this. I’m still in shock that how this can be happen. I had called them around 6PM on the same day and said all this. Support executive said to share the transaction details to cross verify. I had sent all the proofs which i have. But till now they are just dragging this like hell, they are giving different excuses every time, some executives are saying the issue was escalated to concern team from one week and few other executive are saying they will reach me on Monday that is today. As you know for everyone money is imp and it won’t come easy. We struggle a lot for it. But if it goes in this way then it hurts a lot.
Note: On April 5th, again i book the same tickets with SBI internet banking and it was successful. This is the same which can be seen in the account. Please don't get confuse with this and other two incomplete transaction. Both are totally different. Incomplete transactions were done by Axis Internet Banking and Axis Credit Card {Visa Credit Card }

NOW I want to know where my money went, WHOM TO TRUST: AXIS OR HAPPYEASYGO. I want my money back in less time, this is kind of fraud. WHO WILL GIVE MY MONEY. IM FED UP OF BEING BACK OF THIS GUYS AN LOST MY HOPES

This guys are totally fraud, govt has to take an serious action on them. Hope this consumer complaints step will work out and get me my amount back
