HappyEasyGo — No Refund! | |||
This is in regard with cancellation of booking an airline ticket to Trivandrum from Delhi on 21st of April 2021, and the return ticket from Trivandrum To Delhi on 28th April 2021. I tried rescheduling the ticket to June first and they charged me an extra 8820/- as Penalty. I dont know why. Even after multiple emails asking Why, they dont give any reasons at all. After which I decided to CANCEL the flight. I phoned the customer care of HappyEasyGo and tried asking the reason, their network was crappy and they were like we will send you an email in 2 hours. When i phoned Happy Easy Go customer care later for cancelling the ticket, he advised to share your concern with the airline and get the refund citing Covid 19 pandemic, which I did. While I phoned the Airlines (AIR INDIA) they assured that am eligibile for 3500/- + 5% GST as REFUND. But you have to cancel the ticket through Happy Easy Go website as you have booked it from there. Then I called them back and they cited that NOW I CANT CANCEL the ticket as its an AIR India Flight and in their website Air India Flights should be cancelled within 26 hours. What the F!! Then why was I advised to call the Airlines and ask for refund. This is pure cheating. They bought time and wasted my time so that by the end of it I wont be able to cancel the ticket and cant claim my Refund!! Even when the Air India airlines is ready to give you some amount as Refund this website doesnt give me any thing at all!!! Was this information helpful? | |||
