HappyEasyGo — No refund even though Indigo has refunded entire amount amount 6 months back

I booked a flight ticket between Chennai and Patna on 3rd April. But because of the covid situation, flight got cancelled. I called to Indigo airline and asked if i can get a refund. They immediately refunded the amount to HAppyeasygo. Since then it has been more than 6 months but even after hundreds of follow ups, happyeasygo has not refunded this amount. Every time i call them, they either ask me to again and again give my bank account detail or ask to wait for 5 -7 days. I kindly request government official to take action against them.
