HappyEasyGo — no refund for more than 1.5 months

The flight had been cancelled by Air India. I informed Happy easy go for refund immediately on 24 Oct.
Since then i have been following with these guys for my refund. I have made 14 calls and 9 mails to esquire about my status. But these guys have no answer. Every time a new customer care officer and a new story. After one and a half month they are asking me to visit Air India office and get a stamp copy.
What the hell is this, As customers we are been harassed to the highest possible level.
Such fraud company should not be allowed to operate for any bookings and should be asked to close with immediate effect.
