HappyEasyGo — no refund on cancellation of flight | |||||
I had a booked for an air india flight. The flight was cancelled well before i book. Inspite of this the company showed the flight to be available and booked my ticket for the same. I cakled customer care and asked for cancellation to which they reponded postively and asuured a refund within 7 to 8 working days. Now its over 2 weeks and i havnt received any refund nor are they responding to any call or mail. I booked my ticket from bbi to maa and return . My amount was deducted and received a mail from them stating that the ticket was being processed. But i have not received my ticket. They are not receiving any calls.my order id is[protected].
