HappyEasyGo — no refunds are processed

I've booked a flight ticket through happy easy go and the carrier was air india.
The flight got cancelled from the airline end and i had to struggle alot to get the alternative travel option.
Anyway after all those things, i'd to apply myself with happy easy go for refund and these guys are really really slow on processing the refund.
It's now more than 75 days and these people are saying 24-48 hours again and again, but no update at all.
When i contacted air india, they told happy easy go has not yet initiated the refund and it's pending from happy easy go end.
I don't know what these teams are doing and the customer service team are not providing update properly.
I tried my best to complaint and requested multiple times for proper response.
But they never responded properly.
