HappyEasyGo — non refund for tickets booked via happyeasygo - flights cancelled by airlines | |||
I'm frequent traveler and book my travel tickets via happy easy go app. I have booked a ticket to bali via happyeasygo app on 20th jan'20 with the following details. The airlines have cancelled both the onward and return flight and i have applied cancellation via the happyeasygo app around 13/14th march'2020. The ticket status is showing refunding for the last 3.5 months My other colleagues, who booked via clear trip have received their refund in thier account. So far i have contacted the customer care center 5 times and the responses are not satisfactory. (Reaching the number and talking to the executive is an herculean task and the less spoken about the experience the better.) Order[protected] Pnr number : jqucrb Onward travel: blr-dps on 2nd april'20 Return travel : dps-blr on 9th april Invoice number: hegfi[protected] The inexplicable and inordinate delay for refund is beyond comprehension. On contacting the cs case via email with the problem, i have received the below stereotyped response 3 times: "quote "please be informed that we have already shared your request to our concerned department to validate refund with the concerned airline and our team is working on your case. However, it will take longer than usual time and it is not our usual practice.
