HappyEasyGo — not refunded with our flight tickets

I had booked a flight from bhubaneshwar to bangalore for 19th march through happyeasygo portal, indigo flight (6e-157), with pnr - ynw8ja. I was scheduled to travel from manila to bhubaneshwar, and bhubaneshwar to bangaore. I could not travel in this flight as all my flights from manila to bhubaneshwar was cancelled. When i called the travel agent they mentioned that they cannot cancel my ticket and if i cancel they would not refund my money. They asked me to get in touch with indigo directly. I spent 3 hours of time to connect with indigo for cancellation. But finally, indigo asked to speak to travel agent itself for refund and they cannot help me. I was be played with both happyeasygo travel agent and indigo. I need my full refund as it was not my fault that i did not travel, as the situation was corona virus outbreak. I am genuinely asking for a refund, as it was a critical situation of me not being able to travel, where whole world knows about this incident.
