HappyEasyGo — Not Refunding money | |||||
Date of the incident - 21st Jan 2021 Incident - My flight was cancelled because of COVID last year and later the Airline refunded the amount to the happyeasygo and I contacted happyeasygo to refund the amount. They asked me to get the written confirmation from the Airline which I sent them on Jan 2021. But still I have not received the refund and every time I call or send an email for the update I get the same reply that they are working on it. Desirable resolution - Refund, as they have received the whole amount from Air India which they must refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
