HappyEasyGo — payment not received

I have booked a flight through happyeasygo. I have received an sms from jet airways that the flight is cancelled. The details are as follows:

Booking reference (Pnr): yhunzw

E-ticket for order[protected]

Passenger name:mr vishal sinha

Date: 18 mar 2019

Dep time 05:00 hrs

From :mumbai (Bom)

To :udaipur (Udr)

Flight no. :9w 327

When i am cancelling the ticket on happyeasygo site it says refund amount is zero!! How is this? On one hand the flight is cancelled by jet airways without giving any alternative option. Then i should get a full refund for my ticket amount.
I have put two emails to happyeasygo. There is no response. There are no numbers where customer care of happyeasygo can be reached!!!
What should i do in this case?
