HappyEasyGo — refund amount for cancel ticket

After it is confirmed that goair has done 70% refund, however happyeasygo sales team didnt refund my remaining amount. I dont know much i have have to wait, still there is no any update and no refund of my money.
Please help on this case to refund my money as earliest possible.
