For travel dated 1st may 2021 booked through Happy EasyGo. Happy EasyGo refund query for order id: [protected] flight was cancelled due to operational reason. When contacted goair it was confirmed by them that cancellation amount credited to happy easygo on 17.05.2021. Several request mail to happy easy go for the refund. Seems they are not interested in returning the received amount to us. Forwarded mail from goair to happyeasygo that amount returned to happyeasygo on 17.05.2021. Still awaiting for the refund.
