Hi team, Please know that i had booked an indigo ticket from hyderabad to bhubaneswar for 14315 rupees throuh happyeasygo. I later cancelled it from indigo and happyeasygo website's. However, when i checked with happyeasygo for the refund they send a reply that the cancellation charges are more than the ticket price of 14315 rupees. How is it possible that cancellation charges for a domestic flight is more than 14 thousand rupees. Kindly help me in this case so that i can get a refund Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 15, 2020 HappyEasyGo Customer Care's response Fo order id:[protected], we have forwarded the concern to the air operations team to re-validated the refund status and expedite the pending refund amount.
