HappyEasyGo — Refund not received despite regular mail follow-ups | |
My name is Nirav Shah. I had booked a ticket through Happy Easy Go for an indigo flight from Ahmedabad to Patna and return for 2 passengers. However, I made a mistake in surname of one of the passengers. I discussed the same with the Indigo officials and they asked me to cancel the ticket and re-book the new one with correct details. While cancelling they had given me full refund (without any deduction of charges) and the same has been initiated by them & disbursed to HEG already. However, till now I haven’t got my refund back in my credit card account yet. It has been over a month now.
