HappyEasyGo — Refund Not received of cancellation flight | |
Hi, I have booked flight from Happyeasygo and Due to covid-19 it has been cancelled. Govt already told full amount has to be refunded of cancellation flight but I have told to customer care of happyeasygo, they told be for cancellation request initiate and i have already done cancellation request. I have done this cancellation request before 7 months but still no refund has been received. I have been follow up many time via call and email but not getting positive response. Even I have spoken to the airline(AIR INDIA) customer care, they told me your ticket has been cancelled. But Happyeasygo has not not refunded till now. My Order ID: Order ID:[protected].
