On Sun, Dec 29, 2019, I had booked a flight having PNR JVD2C and Order ID:[[protected]] from Happyeasygo.com. I got a confirmation e-mail and an e-ticket for the same. Here are the Ticket details: Here are the details of my trip. Travelers: MR. UDDIPTA PODDAR Trip 1: Bangalore to Kolkata Airline Name: Air India AI-772 Journey Date: 13th June 2020 Trip 2: Kolkata to Bangalore Airline Name: Air India AI-771 Journey Date: 21st June 2020 Ticket Number:[protected] PNR: JVD2C As the AI772/13JUN20 and AI771 21JUL20 canceled by the Airline itself due to COVID-19 and Lockdown, I emailed & called Happyeasygo about canceling & refund the ticket price and cancel the ticket booked from Happyeasygo and raise the refund request with proper data as the guided me. After having multiple conversations over email as well as a phone call, it's been over 120days since I submitted the refund request but didn't get my refund back all they said, "This is not the service we strive to offer however we deeply regret the issue. We have taken cognizance of this matter and will ensure that such an incident does not occur again. We understand your concern and working continuously on the same.
