HappyEasyGo — Refund pending even after 70 days of placing refund claim | |||
I booked ticket (round trip) for four members pre - Covid. The details of the same as as follows: Flight Dated: 07th April - Visakhapatnam - Kolkata - Patna - Indigo 6E557 & 6E811 - Booking reference number IJJD5G Flight Dated: 18th April - Patna - Kolkata - Visakhapatnam - Indigo 6E634 & 6E512 - Booking reference number KF9E5F All domestic travel was suspended due to Covid 19 situation and hence the flight could not be availed. On request (and as per Government regulations), Indigo refunded 100% fare on 19th Sep, 2020 and confirmed the same in an email to us. I have been following up with HappyEasyGo since 19th Sep, 2020 but to no avail. The executives continuously dodge by using excuses such as Airlines are yet to refund us, our policy says within 90 days (which is absurd when Airlines have already refunded). I am enclosing the confirmation from Airlines. Kindly help me in getting the long pending refund. Thanks in advance Was this information helpful? | |||
