HappyEasyGo — refusal of providing refund even after full refund from airline | |||
I had cancelled my flights with air vistara on 16th march 2020. Air vistara agreed with me to provide ne with full refund and confirmed the same multiple times. But happyeasygo, the online travel agent i booked my tickets with refuses to provide me with the refund, and keep citing me the change of policies which aren't even applicable. I have raised the refund request with happyeasygo atleast 3 times now, but everytime, i just get an automated reply citing policy changes of the airline, which the airline itself doesn't agree with. I have attached an email reply from customer relations team at air vistara, stating that they have provided me with the refund. Was this information helpful? | |||
