HappyEasyGo — reschedule booking date

I book a ticket through happy easygo site from ccu to bbi pnr: jrwfjl (Air asia) ccu to bbi sat, 04 apr 2020 trip id :[protected] which is cancelled due to covid 19
I so many time inform happyeasygo via email. I want to reschedule my ticket. Also i reschedule by direct to site (Air asia) they inform me that
For bookings made through travel agents including online travel agents, cancellation requests are to be made via the respective travel agents. I also try their site.
