I submitted a reschedule request for air asia flight i5-317 dated 2 apr 2020 yesterday but have not yet received any mail regarding reschedule details. The filght details are as follows: Booking id:[protected] Pnr no: m854fh Passenger name (S): souvik chanda, samheeta dhar It is urgent as without the confirmation i am not able to decide whether it will be rescheduled or will i need to cancel and go for a fresh booking.
