HappyEasyGo — Reschedule ticket due to lockdown in my city | |
I booked a flight of Air India with Happyeasygo more than a month before. Due to lockdown in Raipur city from April 6 to April 26 I am unable to board the flight which is scheduled on 23rd April. I called happyeasygo on 19th april and the customer care told me to wait for one day before scheduling the ticket if the airlines gives refund waiver order due to pandemic situation. On 22nd April I called them and they deny to reschedule my ticket and asked me to connect with Air India. I called the Air India customer care and they also deny to make any changes to the ticket and asks to reach out to Happyeasygo customer care. When asked them to connect to their seniors who can help in this scenario Air India tells that their senior is not available. This is totally fraud of my earned 8000 rs as a tax payer of india it is a worst situation right now they are taking advantage of the pandemic. I need a refund of 8000 rs either from Air India or Happyeasygo because this situation is due to their communication gap. Was this information helpful? | |
