HappyEasyGo — reschedule ticket fraud

Hi,

Due to covid 19 air india announced free re schedule (Inform before 72 hrs.) for all passengers travel until 31st march. I also requested over e mails "happyseasygo" to re reschedule my tickets accordingly and share confirmation. Initially they asked for 500rs extra charge as "variable fee" which i agreed to and gave a go ahead on e mail. Post that i had sent multiple followup emails in order to understand the status on my request but unfortunately until. Travel date there was no confirmation on re schedule tickets or a reply from their side. I called at their call centres multiple times as well in order to know the status on my request but they are so care less that they didn't initiate on my request and finally asked me to pay 5000 rs additional amount as a "variable charges" at the day of my travel. This is a big fraud because 5000rs is not a variable cost, its a fare of a new ticket as per my reschedule.
Unfortunately i have to re book my ticket directly from air india and spent 2900 rs for which they (Happyeasygo) was asking 3000.
They still haven't reschedule my second/return ticket for 30th march, 20 and asking for additional cost as "variable", despite that i have given a go ahead as per airline terms and condition.
