HappyEasyGo — rescheduling/refund of my amount for cancelled flight due to covid-19 lockdown. | |
Our flight was cancelled due to covid-19 lockdown. We got the update that the amount is credited to our credit shell account. And we can book our ticket anytime after lockdown within 1 year. Now due to some urgency we want to travel and trying to book the tickets through happyeasygo website as well as indigo direct website. We are unable to book the flight. After taking to indigo they said they can't do it from their end and we can reschedule only through happyeasygo. Now when we are trying to reach happyeasygo customer care they said we will be getting an email in 3-4 hrs but we haven't got any mail from them. And it's been 10 days. It’s been multiple times i called indigo and happyeasygo customer care but have not got any proper response and they don’t even take the call. They kept the call on hold for more than 1hr. I must say you guys have pathetic customer service. It’s frustrating to call and follow-up again and again. Kindly look into this. I have to book another ticket and my money is struck now. Appreciate if you can look into this and let me know where i can see my refund amount and kindly help me in rescheduling the flight. It's very urgent to travel now. Was this information helpful? | |
