HappyEasyGo — unethical behavior from airline and travel booking site | |||||
Hello, I have booked the bdq-bom-clt and return flight from happyeasygo and flight has been booked. Due to unavoidable reason. As the happyeasygo customer care is not responding to my mail or phone call, i have cancelled my ticket through indigo customer care. According to indigo airline i am eligible for refund but the happyeasygo website says i am eligible for zero refund. The happyeasygo have only one contact number in their website which will always says "your are in queue. Beware of such companies and please please please do not book any ticket through them. I dont understand why indigo in not refunding the amount their customers Was this information helpful? | |||||
