Hi, Please be noted that I have cancelled my round trip flight (Trip ID :[protected] directly from Indigo airlines and the full amount was refunded to HappyEasyGo on 25th Aug 2021 itself by the airlines. Even after calling HappyEasyGo customer care services multiple times, I have not yet received my cancellation amount until 17th Sep 2021 from HappyEasyGo . This is a totally unacceptable action from such a brand "HappyEasyGo". Could you please help me in this matter and release my refund amount from "HappyEasyGo". HappyEasyGo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Sep 17, 2021 Updated by shambhavi chandra Whenever checked with HEG customer service, I got assurance from the HEG customer care representative that the full refund will be credited back to me within 15 days. But, when I am checking my refund status, it is now showing up as INR 0! HEG customer care service execute is also denying from the refund amount which was fully refunded to them by the airlines.
