HappyEasyGo.com — refund not yet received

Please find the caseid[protected] for your reference and i am already provided summery of amount refunded by goindigo team to the happyeasygo team for the below 2 pnr numbers.
1. Pnr no.: kly5xt (From nagpur to bangalore)
2. Pnr no.: mevp4v (From bangalore to nagpur)

But still after months i have not received my amount from goindigo side i got a mail that they have refunded the amount to happyeasygo team but yet happyeasygo team is saying amount is not yet receiced.

Kindly release (Refund) the payment from your end as soon as possible.
