I have been sending emails to Haryana RTO but there is no response from them and I am really in need of help.
Actually, I was moving out of the country and sold my car on 14th June 2023 to a dealer in Gurgaon.

The dealer told me that they will do the needful of ownership transfer when they sell the car to one of their customers. Since then I was reaching them back about the ownership transfer status.

Earlier car dealer said that due to some changes in the SDO office, they are not taking applications. Now he is saying that due to some changes in the rules, either current car owner (Me) or one of my family members should be physically present, then only the transfer will take place.

I wanted to understand from you if this is the case then it is really difficult because I am not in India and my family also lives in other states of India and not Gurgaon, Haryana.

I Harish Dahiya Professor submit written complaint against bus no HR 38GV9892 for non availability of operation hydraulic doors facility in bus. Sir I have visited relative in Delhi and board this bus for return from Delhi to Chandigarh. But during traveling I feel so much harassment by conduct of roadways with customers. They have no complaint book. Secondly in chilling winter they stop bus at every stopage and people donot close doors for their convence but long route tourist in bus feel harassment in winters. Thirdly all employees make fool at Delhi bus stand by calling these buses as nonstop. So kindly take strict action against these bus employees and inform me in written otherwise I fill case against Harayana roadways at Chandigarh Court.

My father was travelling from behror(301701) to Jakhrana (301713) in haryana roadways bus number HR 61 GV 8203 and the driver misbehaved with my father and when my father reverted to him that why he is shouting he turned off the engine and came back from his driving seat and the driver with conductor of the bus assaulted and threatened my father.
My father is a delhi police ASI and he being a lawful citizen asked the driver that he is an on duty government employee and he has no right to do that. Kindly take cognizance of the matter and do the needful.

Yesterday in the evening we were traveling in Haryana roadways bus number: HR55GV7645 from Chandigarh ISBT 43 to dharampur. After reaching to Dharampur the bus driver was not stopping the bus after shouting on them to stop the bus they were misbehaving and speaking bad things to us. He stopped the bus far away and from there we had to walk to the bus stand. We had to catch another bus from to Kasauli, that too we missed. Yesterday we faced...

Respected Sir/Madam note the misbehaviour by conductor in front of other passengers, actually i was sitting on the corner of the seat and my health was not ok, when the bus leave the chd bus stand I stand up from my seat and tried to sit on an empty seat which was not filled due to less rush, the conductor stoped me to do so and asked me to sit where i was sitting, he told me that if ill change my seat he’ll again stand me from there when any passenger will come. This behaviour was so bad for me and i had to sit on my previous seat again whereas there was enough comfortable space there in the bus.
I wish you guys will take appropriate action against him for his such kind behaviour!

Respected Sir, my request is that today(9/12/2023) the bus from Sector 17 Chandigarh Bus Stand to Jhajjar Depot was going to Jhajjar around 13:30 pm in the afternoon.The conductor who was on duty in the bus had written the outstanding amount on my ticket which he did not refund to me.When I made an enquiry, Haryana Roadways bus Depot gave me the conductor number 337 Sunil written on the ticket and said, take his number from the inquiry area. After getting his number from the inquiry area, when I told him on call, he rejected me saying that I was on leave today. Please take action on my complaint and refund my dues as soon as possible.

I was travelling on bus number (HR47GV6885) on (15-Nov-2023) attached ticket photo for your reference and unfortunately my bag, which contained valuable items, went missing during the journey.

Dear sir/mam,
i am harsh from kundli border and a private employee in panipat. i am daily travlling in haryana roadways from kundli border to panipat. many time i sitting in bus that run from delhi to panipat (LAST STOP). and they stopped the bus in samalkha bus stand for having food or tea for 20 to 30 minutes.
i want to know that if the bus running in Local is that wright to stop the bus for 20 min. or more anywhare.

I have purchased a new car from Bhiwani Haryana on 11th September 2023 and apply for registration and HSRP on same day. It's almost been one and half month but I yet to get HSRP plate. Police Stopped me multiple time and asking to get installed HSRP PLATE as soon as possible. I have also visited twice Saral Kendra to get the status or any roadblock for delay, but they are not giving any response. Just saying you...

Today, I have forgot my black colored GYM bag in haryana roadways abd the Bus runs from Gurugram to Ballabgarh at 5:10pm. It reached Ballabgarh around 7:20pm. i travelled on this bus today(19 October 2023).
Kindly let me know if you find my bag and where can i get it from. You can reach me on my below contact number.

1) There are only two buses from Punhana(Nuh ) to Ballabhgarh (Faridabad) at 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM .
The staff in the Punhana bus stop is so careless that they often cancel these buses which causes difficulty for college going students and job doers.

I urge Haryana transport department to increase the number of buses and make the staff punctual of time.
Also make them people sensitive so that they behave with the people in a proper way

My name is Lokesh daily updown GORIA to CHARKHI DADRI between 25km bus kiraya- 30rs e-tickets but normal ticket charge 35rs no confirm tikat change & conducter miss behaviour to me. Why, so please action to this report.

I travelled today from Third Gate(Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra) to Yamuna Nagar by Bus No
HR58GV4557. Driver not stopped at third Gate properly.Everyone board in running bus.Then he not entered Old Bus stand, Kurukshetra, also not stopped at Pipli Kurukshetra. Conductor also behaves rudely with passengers. Kindly take strict action against driver and conductor. There should be a rule that every bus will stop at Third Gate, Kurukshetra University. Mostly roadways buses don't stops there.

I wish to draw your king attention to the behaviours of rude and Rough.Bus no HR 38GV6344 . Drivers and conductors have no etiquette of talking. I want to tell you this because we will not do all this. You take action on this.

Here, this complaint is regarding bus driver.
The bus driver is using inappropriate behavior with passengers and driving the bus in zig zag style look like bus is his own property and also while performing his duty he was gossiping by his 2 friends they are standing just in side of driver.
When we Said brother drive properly he replied: MADAM LAG RHA HAI NAYE PASSENGER HAI HMARI PURANI SWARI NHI HAI.

And after that he is laughing and gossiping with his friend about passengers.

Kindly take this seriously and also we hope you will take a strict action against the driver.

The drivers of this bus do not run the bus on time and abuse requests of passengers. Please take action against these bus drivers.

I started my journey from panipat toll, conductor didnt come till last seat for ticket, then after waiting of 5-7 minutes i go to the front seat of conductir and asked for a ticket till Pipli kurukshetra stand. BUt received INR 200 re from me and said to sit on seat and he is coming, then as he said i sit on my seat till he comes to give me ticket but stopped by checking team during this time my 200 rs was in counductors bag. Conductor talked to checker he he said its my fault i did nt take ticket. then checker put his hand in my pocket and takes my mobile.

As i gave money to conductor for ticket, he didnt give me ticket where is my fault. in front of checking team he returned my money. please help.
