On portal it is showing that RC request has been completed but i have not reveived RC at my home and also i have not received any tracking number as well...

Bus are not coming according to their time. Roadways bus drivers supporting private bus drivers and change their timings according to them please do something....

My complaint for RTA Rohtak staff who is sitting on window no. 5 mr. Sharma. He is not giving my vechile RC And Behavior is not good. Here he is working for mediators who paid extra for file. He is corrupted staff member in RTA rohtak office. My all work is done i also get my vechile permit and done all document work but still my RC is not given by this staff member. Please take strict action on behalf of my complaint. Please check my date...

My vehicle registeration no is hr06s 8498, the same is registered in haryana - panipat refinery.
I have been working in delhi, where it is mandatory to have hsrp number plate and colour code sticker.
But when i apply for the same in harayana hsrp site, the site is not responding, this is happening since many days and i may be subjected to heavy challan in delhi for no fault of mine.
Requested to please look into the...

There is no provision for high security number plate online.
There is a huge crowd on the centers due to which it takes 3-4 hours to apply for HSRP. Websites are available but not working.

I had submitted the all required documents on 09-aug-2017 in regards to remove the hypothecation from the rc and issue a fresh rc in gurgaon rto office.

Application no. Is hr26r[protected]/hr[protected].

On the acknowledge copy i got the date of 31-aug-2017 to receive the rc but when i reached to collect the rc. Rc was missing in their records so officer gave me a new date 08-sep-17...

Being the citizen of Haryana it is our core responsiblity to develop certain ethics as well as systems to give the best services to our customers. But sorry to say you that we are lagging in this because of certains corrupt employee.

Therefore, I would like to share one incident, which was happened to me....

My name is Gurdeep, and I am a resident of Chogawan village. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue regarding the current route of Haryana Roadways buses, specifically the service covering the path from Gardhi Birbal to Kurukshetra.

As per the original schedule, the bus is supposed to operate from Gumthala Rao to Kurukshetra. However, it currently begins its journey from Gardhi Birbal instead, skipping the Gumthala Rao segment. This deviation is causing inconvenience to passengers relying on the intended route.

Therefore, I kindly request you to ensure that the bus service follows its designated path, starting from Gumthala Rao to Kurukshetra, as initially planned. This adjustment will greatly benefit the commuters who depend on this route for their daily travel.

This morning when I travelled in Haryana Roadways, the conductor did not give me a ticket even after taking money.
When I protested, the conductor argued with me and I was dropped 2 km away from the designated Shahpura bus stand.
I also contacted Haryana Transport's complaint number[protected] but it was found to be switched off.
Many times in Haryana Roadways, tickets are not given even after taking money and on protest, people behave rudely.
When I call the helpline number, it is either switched off or there is no hearing.

i boarded the bus at 3:05 from sampla while it was going to kharkhoda. The bus driver stopped the bus 100-200 m before the bus stop and when i asked if he will stop it at the bus stop or not he ignored me and did not reply when the bus stop arrived he passed the bus stop and proceeded to drive even on asking to stop the bus and then stopped it at the the successive village's bus stop. For someone who does not travel in bus daily i did not know that he does not stop the bus at the bus stop and he felt no obligation to tell so even on asking!!!

I have been traveling on (09/11/2024), in an ordinary bus of Haryana Roadways.I pick the bus from Ateli Mandi Old bus Stand to go to Ateli Mandi New bus Stand . The bus conductor told me that this isnot a city bus, so you have to pay the fees for a ticket. Then he make the ticket from Ateli to Bachhod(Narnaul). But I went from one bus stand to another one, so how can he cut the ticket from one ateli to Bacchhod . It's unacceptable and illegal. I want prompt action on this.
The counder should be apologize and make sure to not do the same thing again.

When i apply for senior citizen bus pass it gets submitted successfully and reference no. also generated. when i saw it pass history it also shows IN PRECESS but after 2 days pass history shows blanks. i have applied 3-3 time same problems. pls suggest and solve the issue.

Online bus timing not match with bus stand bus timing.

At safidon bus station (jind sub depot), 2 days continuously missing of safidon to gohana going hr roadway bus and department manger pretending the bus is impaired.

a bus driver beat a bike driver on Gurgaon bus stand and after bike driver fallen down the bus driver don't stop the bus The bus number is HR55U2995 ON 28 March after that the bus driver also misbehaving with me so Plz refer this complaint nearly branch and complaint to bus driver

I board in the bus of palwal to yamunanagar. I have to drop in between that is murthal ahead of Delhi ISBT. He forced me to take ticket of Delhi ISBT and said I won't drop you off at Murthal. When haryana roadways has all the stoppage, how they can do their forcedfulness on the passengers.
I am a solo girl who is travelling from her home place to university. Is there any responsibility for a girl or not of Indian Citizens.
Haryana Roadways completely doing their arbitraries. Please look into this. This will create more problems to us and suspend such arrogrant bus conductors.

I was traveling from ISBT Delhi to Panchkula, at around 7pm in the evening on 14 march 2024. I got off at Karnal around 10:15pm in the night. I was travelling with a blanket, which is brown in color, and I forgot the blanket in the bus. I am desperately trying to find my blanket as it is my late grandmothers precious memory. Please help me find my blanket and get it returned to me.
