Dear sire
Myself chander kanta verma, living in sector 16 part 2 near cellar, requesting you to please have a look at our sewage pipeline. It is overflowing due to which water leakage starts from our walls. Sewage water enter inside our house due to which we are facing problem, dangerous insects enters in our house like small snakes, kaan khajura, cock roaches. As rains are also there we in deep problem. Gutter water enters inside our house from toilet flush also.
Plz send some people to clear the sewage pipeline and help us in this regard immediately.

Huda refunded my money rs.-1, 24, 000/- (Rupees one lac & twenty four thousand) which i paid to participate in haryana urban development authority (Huda)-karnal, scheme no - sc00000067 on 24/04/2014 with application no - onl015379.

Huda refunded my money as per the following details (Huda letter attached):-

Principle amount :- 124000/-
Interest :- 8109 /-
Tds :- 811/-
Net payable :- 131298/-

As per the details given by huda department (File attached) tds of amount rs 811 was deducted by huda but the amount in not showing in my form 26 which means they have not deposited it to the it department.

I wrote emails to huda department officials many time and requested them to share the details of challan details of tds deduction but i have not received any response from them.

I doubt they have not submitted the amount to the it department, which is an illegal activity so i request you to please intervene.

Sir, I am residing in h.no2213, sector- 18 panipat the drain swearage in front or back of our house is completely blocked. The rainy water or waste water covered, our house, steet fully.we complaint about it many times in huda office, but no anyone help us. Sir this rainy water can damage our house.we spend lot of money on our house, sir all pipe lines are blocked.sir pls help us

Water supply pipeline leaking outside my house. I got the complaint noted in the complaint register at huda office, kurukshetra yesterday. Nobody came to inspect the site. The water is splitting all aroynd. Wastage of water is a matter of concern. Moreover, it may damage to my house. The huda authorities are requested to look into the matter and expedite the repair...

My self is resident of House No 746 Sector 16. Karnal our neighbourer resident of House no 769-770, Sector 16 Karnal is installing a Tower at roof. Radiation of tower is very harmful for human beaing.

Installation of Airtell tower at resident area is unauthorized and its radiation is very harmful for health, which cause birth problem, headache, Cancer.

Please immediately arrange to stop the installation

My and other peoples problem is big road breaker in public place road.
Its not made by huda its made by pvt. Company.
So please remove it from here because all car run on only one side and other side is totally blocked so much chance of accident.
Please take dicison fast because in huda office faridabad [protected] no any action taken on this breaker.
I was called so many time of this number [protected] but no body work on this road breaker.
Please look this problem because its not my personal problem but all people facing daily this problem and one day chance of big accident.

It is submitted that we are the residence of house no 477, sector 38. It is also submitted that house no. 464 has done the unauthorized construction and constructed toilets at the back side of their building which is unauthorized and illegal as per the norms and the sectioned plan of the huda. It is also affecting our ventilation and obstructing sunlight and created nuisance. Kindly destruct their unauthorized construction of the building and do the needful.

Tree. He is not supporting and threatening me. I want to grow a tree there to

Save the earth. Need your help on this...

This is to inform you that house no -1646 of sector -13 kurukshetra. Near aggersain school has been voilating hudda rules by installing genrator in the front aide of house. This gen set is causing unbearable voice that one cannot even sleep inside. The air pollution is secondary issue here. I hereby request you to kindly take required action and if there is any other way i should complain about them i will be happy to do.

Please consider it asap

Sir my water supply meter is dead last 4 month in which water bill comes automatically of high value my water bill comes 200-300 per rs. but now its will come[protected] rs. which i will cannot pay i also visted many times in water bill office but nobody gave solution of my problem i m from cheeka huDA R-3 my site code is 151940. state haryana district kaithal
i request to you please solve my problem.

For the past few months, especially after water supply shifted from borewell to some other source ( not communicated to residents), regular supply of muddy water is being done. Whereas, there was no such issue earlier, till the time borewater was being supplied !!
We request HUDA 's concerned officers to look into it & revert to earlier system.
Otherwise, there is every possibility of outbreak of water borne diseases in the area!!
Immediate action is requested.

This is to bring to your kind notice that the owner of the property no. 1062, sector-40, gurgaon has not built the building according to the building bye-laws of HUDA. The owner of the building has constructed the building as per the Guest House Structure and has covered more than the allowed area without any prior permission from the concerned authorities. It is a non-compoundable offence and the structure of the building should be demolished as per the policy and the occupation certificate for the said property should be withdrawn with immediate effect. This is a humble request to arrange a visit of the concerned officer at the site of the House No.1062, sector-40, Gurgaon (Basement+Ground+First+Second+Third Floor Structure) and verify the complete site. The backyard of the complete site is completely covered by kitchen and bathroom. And moreover, on each floor 8 rooms are built alongwith 8 bathrooms and a big living hall. This 1 kanal plot Building is without solar panel system and rain water harvesting system and the commercial Guest House is running without permission.

Sewage is overflowing near house number 1395. Sewage water is lodged in full gali & all are. This may cause in spreading some disease in the are. Please resolved the problem at the earliest so that we can live happily in the area. HUDA officer must visit the site & ask the employee to resolve the problem at the earliest. Please take it seriously thanking you.

This is for your kind information please that illegal construction is going on at colony - new ramnager (Ex krishna garden) aripura road, gharaunda karnal. This is residential area and some people making godown in this area. Heavy vehicle truck, trolley etc entered all day in colony that may be the cause of an accident. Truck driver also do lose talking with colony people. It is humble request to you please do the needful for shake of colony people.

Dear sir/ma'am
This is regarding of construction o[censored]nauthorized booth or shop at sector 57 part2, gurgaon in line of plot number start[protected] at corner of road start... I am resident of house number 1108/57.. This is totally unacceptable and will create problem for us.

We have verbally complaint to huda j. E mr o. P dalal but as per discussion with him hes also involved in this unauthorized construction and responded very bad to us.. And warned us to complaint anywhere... His behaviour was also very much unprofessional.

It is requested to take immediate action and stop the construction asap... And pls take strong action against involved huda officers also.

Subject: request for regular connection for water supply to the residential complex 'nbcc heights” sector– 89, pataudi road, gurugram.
Sir,
Nbcc heights is a govt. Employees, s residential complex, comprising of 490 flats situated in sector - 89, pataudi road, gurugram. Occupation certificate for nbcc heights residential complex was issued as early as on 19th. July 2017 vide memo no. Zp/537/sd (Bs)/2017/17233 by town and country planning haryana, chandigarh
2. However, though as of now more than 200+ families have started residing in the complex but nbcc heights residential complex could not be provided regular potable water connection by the administration. Thus, the residents are left with no option but to depend on poor quality contaminated water arranged through tankers supplied by vendor. This poses not only a serious threat to the health of the residents as quality of water cannot be assured to be good but also may result in accidents as water tankers are drive rashly within the residential complex, regularly..
3. An application was reportedly submitted by the nbcc (India) to executive engineer, huda, div no iii, gurugram for providing regular water connection to nbcc heights residential complex as early as on sept 2017 (File no. Wc[protected]. However, till today administration/ee, huda, div. Iii, gurugram have neither responded to nbcc’s above request nor provided regular water supply connection.
4. The residents welfare association of nbcc heights residents/members, therefore request and seek your personal intervention to ensure that regular water supply connection is provided to the residential complex, in question at the earliest possible.

There is severe water leakage from main water supply.Despite of complaint submitted many time, huda worker did not repair the line on the pretext that this pipeline require replacement.Around two year elapsed listening from these worker.Nobody listen to us Hanse suffering.There is every possibility of waterborn desease.kind do something at the earliest.
