Hathway Bangalore — not updating my billing details on bill. | |||
Absolutely pathetic customer service, i am fed up with hathway. Its been more than 10 days since i raised ticket number 13102018m778138 to update my billing address on bill as it is still showing my old billing address when broadband connection is moved to a new location. I shifted to a new location and asked hathaway to shift broadband to new location, they shifted the connection to new location but billing address on my billl is still showing the old address when installation address is showing as new location. Billing address needs to be same as installation address but hathway is not updating that. There is no response on service ticket, i have called customer care many times but they always say that i will get a callback which never happens. Hathaway customer service is the # service you 'll ever get. I am running out of ideas to get my issue fixed, can someone help? Was this information helpful? | |||
