Dear sir,

My hathway broad band account id:[protected]
My internet broad band account renewal date is[protected]. For availing 7 months offer as hathway billing people suggested me over phone, i have made rs.3, 250/-. Prepayment on[protected]. I have clarified my doubt with hathway billing people that my due date is[protected] and if i am going to prepay are you going to count your service period from the date of my payment?. For that they told me that your prepayment will be activated after your due date and from that due date only they are going to provide me 7 months bb service. Hence, they have to provide me service from[protected] to[protected] as per their offer and the telephonic commitment had by hath way billing representative on[protected].

They have stated my service period from[protected] to[protected] wrongly in your invoice. Request you to implement this change of service period from[protected] to[protected] in your invoice and send me the corrected invoice again.

    I was using hathaway prepaid broadband till 2016 mid in noida. I switched job and moved to a different city. The internet connection was disconnected.in june 2017 i got legal to submit modem or pay fine. I replied 3 times and tried to call delhi nodal officer but to no avail. I have those mail chains as evidence. I called customer care but they said it's not their department so they cannot help. Now i am in different city and the modem was collected by the local hathaway dealer/vendor later on but i guess he never updated the authorities. Now i am getting calls regarding legal notice for return of modem. Earlier when i raised a compaint, i was contacted by hathway over the phone and they asked me to pay rs. 2500/- in order to close the account. Since i do not have any receipt for return of the modem. When i asked them to send and email/ written communication regarding the same, they denied. I need an email stating the same because i do not want to be left out with no proof of money payment for the specific purpose. Please send an email on my registered mail id or atleast an sms on the registered number. If so i will pay and can close the account.

        I was a hathaway internet customer and took 6-months pre-pay connection. This internet was not even working 20% of time. Inspire of this not working because of hathaway team promising for uninterrupted internet i renewed for another 6-months by paying in advance. This time it almost never worked and we were helpless due to bad support.
        We disconnected it and now hathaway is sending threatening emails saying legal action for router which was promised as free while taking connection.

        Hathaway is following bad business practice with no support to customers and on top of this resorting to blackmail strategy. I already lost rs.4, 500 and you may verify records that not even 20% o[censored]ptime in connection.

          My account no. Is [protected] which was taken around one month before. I am facing the problem with wifi extender from day one. Their technicians have come and repair and go but again it stops working. When we call their call center it is kept on hold for a long time and they finally say we will look into it.
          They are not able to resolve the problem permanently. I am regretting why i took their service. Either they should repair the wifi extender or return the money. I am not happy with their service

            I am getting regular calls on my personal number from hathway to start a new connection from unknown numbers. Due to their continuous disturbance i decided not to go for hathway and advised the same to my company. I will continue spreading this message until they stop calling me. Even the telemarketers are disturbing at the busy time. They are arguing with me to talk so nice to them even when they call everyday. Once a lady came on fighting with me. They are wasting my time and causing mental stress. I will raise a police complaint for the mental trouble they keep giving me, if this is not resolved.
            They keep calling from different numbers. There is no true identity as who is calling. I don't think someone could just like that call my personal number. It's punishable offence as they keep calling even if i requested them to stop. I have the recording of every call until now. I have enough evidence to lodge a complaint.

              I closed my internet connection with hathway in bangalore and moved out of india
              I had raised a request for pick up of the modem device but it was never picked up by hathway
              No i have relocated out of india and have no idea where the modem is.
              Recently i got a mail from hathway asking to return modem to avoid legal proceedings
              This has happened due to negligence of hathway and you should close the case automatically
              Otherwise, i would have to raise an issue in relevant forums for customer harassment

                Back in july 2018 my internet connectin went down. I followed up with the customer support and they kept telling me to wait for 24 hrs and closing the tickets without my acknowledgement. This kept on going two weeks and i didn`t get my internet connection working. Although i had paid 3 months advance, i decided to move to some other reliable vendor.

                I believe i did not use internet service worth of 2 months. But that is not my major concern here. Since then hathway support is bugging me by making calls to renew my connection. I told them that i am not interested to use their service anymore and they can cut my connection and take their modem and cable back.

                But their support staff is so stupid that they would even call me again and say they have no idea about the matter and i should renew my connection. This has been going on more than 2 months as of now.

                I am fed of recieving their spam calls and telling the reason why i don`t want to renew.

                Please make then stop calling me and deactivate my connection

                  Hi i am praveen from delhi, i have been not using hathway connection since 6 months. My account is been closed / deactivated, but i am getting threatening messages and calls of legal notices being issued against me for not submitting router / modem. I have opted for pickup of modem from my address, since i am not living at that place any more i didn't received any receipt for that. Kimdly solve this issue.

                    I m a user of gtpl hd set top box. And i am not receiving good survice from it. For that i had try to call our areal service man. But he never even responce to my calls. 3 to 4 hrs there is no signal on tv. I am so disappoint with this service. I am kindly request you to help me with solving this problem of mine. And every day 11PM to 7 AM no signal show. my provider name 'Khodiyar world vision' near Ratnpura, vastral, Ahmedabad.

                    Dear sir,
                    We have no connection problem after payed one year subscription .It happens twice in a month. We have no signal from yesterday evening. It happens many times. When we complaint to GTPL a man come from there but there is no permanent solution. We want permanent solution of this problem. because now we are fed up with this problem if ther is no solution take back set up box and give back our money.

                      There is no internet connection from yesterday afternoon 12 p. M. Now the time is 7 p. M. It has been about 31 hours now. I have registered the complaint in their app. There was not proper response. I called them today morning they said they will sort out the problem by evening. But they havrn't done that. Last month i had the same problem i called the man who is assigned to our area. He haven't attended my call for about 12 hours. At last i called from another number he attended the phone call and said he will sort out the problem soon. After so many calls the problem was removed after 16 hours. These people's calls us to pay the bill even before a week of due date. They will be continuously calling us every day till we pay the bill. These people shows much interest in getting the money only. They didn't show even 10% of interest in resolving the customer issues. I am fed up. I am thinking of returning this connection.

                        Yesterday i have received some calls from a person saying that they are from delhi court saying legal case has been put on me from a bangalore company and to call another number and speak to the advocate for details on the case and gave me a case number saying if we don’t give 2500 bucks to settle the case then we have to go to delhi to settle the case in court for 30000. The advocate spoke to me roughly and said that hathway has put a case and that
                        And asked me to return the modem within half hour and that if we did not return it then legal action would be taken on us. He said do you want to settle it right now for 2500 or face legal action. When i checked these numbers are showing as spam and also there are numerous complaints from other customers online about similar issues.

                        I had informed hathway to terminate the connection before moving out of the bangalore in jan 2017. I have not received any calls or mails from hathway about return the modem since then and all of a sudden i am getting threatening calls. The modem was paid for and if you require me to return it then i need the refund of my amount that was paid. I have called hathway board line but they are not giving any further information regarding the same saying someone will get back. I have registered complaint and received a service request number 25102018w949773 and waiting to hear back from the team.

                        If hathway company is endorsing this behaviour i need a written mail from official hathway address and call from hathway line stating the return of modem and refund of my deposit in that case. I am not living in bangalore so please arrange to pick the modem from mumbai.

                          not updating my billing details on bill.

                          Absolutely pathetic customer service, i am fed up with hathway.

                          Its been more than 10 days since i raised ticket number 13102018m778138 to update my billing address on bill as it is still showing my old billing address when broadband connection is moved to a new location.

                          I shifted to a new location and asked hathaway to shift broadband to new location, they shifted the connection to new location but billing address...

                          I took 3 months plans of hathway, hardly used it only 1 month. Relocated to some other place in hyderabad where hathway service was not available. Unknowingly paid excess amount () than the plan[was misguided by the representative hence paid extra amount and that guy told me that it will be reimbursed back to my bank account in 4-5 days]. Hence, i requested for the same.

                          Later 3 months, 706rs which is excess amount paid was deducted automatically from my account with out notice. I called so many times around 10-15 times the customer care, they repeated the same story that amount would be reimbursed soon for 2 months.

                          Now they are telling me the different story that my money will not be reimbursed and threatening me return back the router and modem.

                            I did a payment for hathway, the money has been debited from account and transaction failed. I've not received the refund till now. The first transaction using tech process solution ltd has failed.

                            When i called you, they asked to call my bank, i called the bank, guess what — they are telling the money is gone. And i figured out paynimo was handling the payment while i made the transaction and reading other complaints registered here i came to the conclusion that you are one worst internet service provider in our country

                            Need the refund soon. I've got the whole records and my bank is backing up me on this with legal help. This has become your habit. Not refunding failed transactions.

                            Hathway has become one of the worst experience for me. One of the worst internet service provider in india. Please don't opt for hathway.

                              Hi, i called on the following number [protected] to enquire about hathway plans. The lady picked and she was very adament. She didn't answer my query instead she was forcing me to tell my mobile number, which i do not like to give to avoid marketing calls. She was very rude and she didn't tell any plan inspite asking multiple times.
                              If you are really care for customer then please provide good support don't allow such people to handle customer when they don't know how to talk.
                              I think thats the reason people would like to go with brands like airtel etc.
                              Or try to solve query from customer side.

                                I am a gtpl broadband customer since 2015. Recently i upgraded my broadband plan from 512kbps to 40 mbps. Now after upgrading the plan, it comes to my attention that they provide free router to customers who take new connection for the same plan. Now in my case i have upgraded my plan so they said that you are not eligible for this offer. I have paid the same amount that others will pay for new connection. Also at the time of my new connection in 2015 l, there was no such scheme so i have to bought my own router.
                                There should be provision that existing customers who have not availed the free router offer are eligible for this offer.
                                They don't care about their old valued clients and just care about new connections. Also their service is just below average but i haven't complained about it but this matter must come to your consent as it is wrongful to customers.

                                  I'm a customer of hathaway broadband with account number [protected]. I have fed with their unprofessional service and hence decided to disconnect. Once i disconnect the service, i got a call from customer care on time to collect the modem. I have requested to give one day to return the modem as i'm traveling to out of station. But guess what customer care person has said to that, they have threatened me if i don't return on the same day i will get legal notice. Hence i made available and returned modem.

                                  After returning the modem, i haven't received any call about my deposit amount return. I waited for one month and called customer care, now customer care person has said that ticket has opened and you get a call within 24 hrs. As expected the call not came but ticket has been closed. Hence decided to call again, this time customer care person said again ticket is opened and you will get call tomorrow.

                                  My complaint is not about the deposit amount. I have already decided that hathway is already looted me. But how to trust this customer care person's about the information they provide. I think you shouldn't say the customer support is present for 24/7. You should say that hathway has support team to waste customer valuable time.

                                  If these hathway can threaten that they can legal for one day delay, i deserve to complain about them here.

                                  Guys, please don't go with hathway at any cost. Even small providers like tikona are far better than this unprofessional hathway.

                                  I took responsibility of calling you again and again for reminding.
                                  Finally the outcome is that they directly said that hathway is not responsible for the person who took the amount during installation as registration charges.

                                  Guys,
                                  Be aware before taking the connection of hathway. The hathway is very unprofessional and the person's who designated as floor executives are just the person's who talk basic english like kids. They are not able to understand the problem.

                                  I'm surprised that after complaining in consumer complaints too, the hatway calls to recharge again and they don't know that i have disconnected the connection.
                                  I strongly recommend to not get fooled with hathway. Better go with 'ACT Fibernet' or 'Airtel' who are far far better than these hathway corporate robbers.

                                    I have being complaining about my cable since 5 days and the costumer care guys are just creating service tickets. No solution has been provided to me. If hathway can't provide service, then please don't sell your products to anyone. I will wait just for 1 day and then i will throw both of my cable and broadband, both belong to hathway. Not even a guy called me to solve my issue. They call after every 3 hours when recharge date is due. Recharging is not only your responsibility.

                                      I had disconnected broadband services 3 years back and had refunded their modem also. Now i am receiving calls from couple of days back asking me to submit the modem other legal action would be taken.

                                      Even when they called me on oct 12th 2018 to pay 2500 rs. I have paid 2500 rs from my abnk account online and payment was successful as well. They called me once again oct 23rd 2018 and asking payment is not successful and asking me to pay me again.

                                      I have taken all the photos when i paid 2500 rs and money deducted from my bank account and i have transaction history as well from my bank account.

                                      Not sure who is calling me and i realized that they are fraud people keep calling me.

                                      Hathway - could you please take necessary action on this?

                                      I no need to pay single rupee to hathway. I have cleared all the dues when i was moving to other location and i paid extra 2500 rs amount to hathway.
