Hathway — Broadband services wrong generated | |||
Hi I was using Hathway Broad band for last one year. I used take 6months package. later in November 28th I suppose to renew my account. Since we were out station, I have called hathway call center and enquired possibility of paying once we are back that is one week later ( on 19th Nov). They told us that there will not be any additional charges. But surprisingly I got a bill for Rs 500 when I was about to pay as usual for 6 months. When I spoke to the customer care on 8th they told me that that was wrong bill generated and suggested me to wait till they clear that, other wise money I paid will be adjusted to that wrong bill. then Again I have called Hathway to several times in DEC minimum 10times, every time I got same response. On 5th JAN with so much of pain I asked them to cancel my connection. instead of that they slapped me with one bill of 1200 on my gmail. I called up Aurangabad office Head Mr. Murthaza on his mobile : [protected]. they said they will adjust and I can start using the connection but later no response. I sent him message on 8th Jan But no response. Amount is not big but the response is so poor that I urge NEVER TAKE HATHWAY BROAD BAND. I have used Airtel in Mumbai, Bangalore for almost 10 Years never had any such problems. My account no. is 1218827 Was this information helpful? | |||
