[Resolved]  Hathway / C4u Service Co-operative Society Ltd. — Bad cable service, Block(4) cable connection in set top box

Sir,
I would like to draw your kind notice that in the year 2015 I was taken Hathway cable connection through C4U service co-operative society Ltd. at Balurghat, Dist Dakshin Dinajpur, State West Bengal and connection number is[protected].

Now a days I have changed my address another part of Balurghat since 1st May'2016. I was contact with the cable operator at my new address and they connect the cable line in my set top box and taken service charge from me (for your kind information at Balurghat the cable operator of C4U do not give any reciept for any purpose). The cable line was smoothly running but from 28/05/2016 at 7.30 pm my cable connection suddenly blocked and a massege appeared "This service is blocked (4)". Next days I tried to contact to cable operator but failed, next day on 30/05/16 again contact to the cable oparetor through mobile and informed the problem. But no improved. On 31/05/16 I was visited to the C4U main office and informed my cable problem. But they told me that they are nothing to do, only the cable operator of my residential area will help me. Otherwise nobody can unblocked my cable connection. Then I informed so many time either mobile or verbally. Surprisingly every time they promised that they will solved the problem very soon and advised power on the set top box for 24 hours. I obayed their advise and power on the set top box for 48 hours. But no improvement.

It is not cleared what am I do? Because the service of cable connection stil block (4). I purchased my set top box of Rs.2000 only from my old cable operator who was not given any money receipt. If I take to another cable or DTH connection the installation charge will again and it will more than Rs. 2000 only and my Hathway set top box will not in function.

Please help me to out of this situation and unnecessary expenditure and hackle.
