I have registered with GTPL Cable TV since 4 month from last 45 days Cable TV result is shattering. Not a single day has gone with stable clear view in Channel TV.

I have been Complaining to local service provider as well their customer support. But not a single person is responding to this issue..

    I have connection from Hathway, and I am using this for last 1 year. Usually I do prepaid recharge for 3 months . Last 2 times I got call from Hathway executives to recharge on given date to avail offer of 3+1, first time I got call from number [protected] on 28th Feb 2016 to recharge my account on same day to get offer of 3+1 where when you pay for 3 months charges, you will get 1 month free.

    I recharged on 28th Feb and even after multiple followup my account expired on 28th May 2016.

    Again I am getting call from other number [protected], to recharge and get offer of 3+1.

    Be aware if anyone is calling to give this kind of offer as this is fraud from Hathway.

    Take this on email as proof before doing any recharges.

      Its been specified to me that they will be adding my one mother renewal period to my account 1113354 when they have given me an offer o[censored]pgrading my account.

      When I have checked my account it says that they need 15 days time to update the extra renewal time.

      I have renewed my account on 4th of May 2016 its more than a month now still they have not updated it and they are telling we need another 10 days of time.

      Here is my complaint number 16951009 if you fail this time, I am going to approach a consumer court and make sure you will be faced with cheating case.

        Hi my name p. V sravan kumar from hyderabad new bownpally.
        I was taken hathway internet connection with 75gb plan/month. One of the hathway representative has told that intially we need to pay 2230/-for months. So he told after 3 months every month we need to pay 649/- per month.
        Now when i try to pay the bill customer people telling we don't monthly cycle bill we have only querterly bill cycle only.
        This is not fare your employee had mention monthly we can pay. Now they are telling it is not possible to pay monthly.
        When itried to call the representative he is diverting the call.
        Very bad on your company.

          Dear hathway team,

          Kindly close your thug company if you guys cannot provide any services to your customers! What a crap company promises you make.

          I m neha bhatt - hathway internet user. Phone nub: [protected]. I m subscribed to 3 month plan of your company. The signals are highly sucking. Whenever we contact your technical assistance team foolish suggestions of modem heating everytime is given but no solution is provided. I m also an engineer, having knowledge of this excuses you give. Your services sucks!! I dont want to continue with this bloody service provider, kindly explain about your refund policy.

          I wont recommend this service provider for internet to anyone.. Highly dissappointed!!

            I am a user of hathway cable internet for the past 3 years with user number 1095559 i wanted to change my plan so asked them for the same they sent 100 sms and 100 calls for taking the money and said the engineer will come immediately or next day with the modem bt now after collecting the money there is no call no sms nor they ans your call...who will pay for my losss of money for 2 days?... theydont give a single day for free?...

              Dear sir,
              i am Rahul deo, account no. 1488283 is suffering from your
              internet, we pay for 4 month 100 GB(40 MBPS) data pack.but your hatway did't
              work, every day we spand 20 rs for calling for complent and they reply
              server down, week singnal, maintenance work, cable fault etc.. and say
              sorry for that...leason sir we are not paying for yr sorry..they reply
              give us time and we give 15 day in first month without internet we used
              only 51 gb first month, and second month again we complain non stop every
              day and u provide only 5 gb in 10 day of second month..we use 6 GB every
              day...sameful thing..we bag u plz provide extension that we did't use last
              2 month 10 + 15 day...otherwise take yr modam and give us refund...

                Dear Sir,

                I was paid an amount of 2230/- on 30-Apr-2016 for new hathway broad band
                connection 3 months subscription.

                Problem is connection has n't been given and amount is not refunded.

                Here I am attaching the copy of payment reciept and mail complaint also.

                Post complaining on mail no one is respond back till now.

                Finally I went to main office on 28-May-2016 by facing lot of struggles reach there.
                And they were saying on the day this is weekend so they will send a cheque through courier on Monday(30-May-2016) EOD.

                I was called them to past 3 days and everyday they were saying today itself.

                Please help me to refund the money as soon as possible.

                  I took the hathway broad band service in march for 3 months prepaid. 1.5 months the service was good and then i am facing every day issue and raising complaints frequently, some time i faced very poor bandwidth about they promised. They said 15mbps, i received very less about 120kbps also even my data in limit. On 27th may i have given complaint. For that they dint respond. The complaint number is 27052016w12387-1 (When i asked the executive i receive the sms regarding complaint number otherwise i will not got the complaint number), on 31st may i raised again one more but i dint receive any complaint number. On the same day the technician came and said they dint receive any complaint.In less than 20 days nearly 10 complaints i raised.

                  Worst broad band service. I don't suggest this network to any one..

                  Really torture i faced, since not able to complete my work in time.

                  Worst power 10000000 service.

                  Some points they need to implement.
                  1. When customer raise a complaint, customer must and should receive sms about complaint number without asking and regular status.
                  2. Customer should have provision to track the complaint and its status.
                  3. They promised broad band with they have to provide.

                    Hello team,

                    I would like address here for my broadband isp complaint. I am user of gtpl broadband for last a year and continues to aug-2016. I have purchased 1 year full subscription from the said isp gtpl with 1mbps plan. I am very disappointed with net and not really satisfied as lots of issue and connection drops for few hours and for sometime for a day. I do register complaint almost alternate day. I asked for the permanent solution and check what is root cause. They always says it will be resolved. Even i asked for discontinue with their services but they didn't reply ever on mail. I am really fade up with their services and this issues was continue for last 5-6 months and on going. I have all complaint messages and emails. Moreover their toll free never connected and i have to call on other number for which i got charge per call 5-10 rs every time.
                    Every time i asked for senior executive to talk about who has authority to resolve my complaint but they don't and drop my call on long argument. Please resolve my complaint on asap. I am really helpless, as they don't resolve my issue neither discontinue. Please do something as it going to end soon. I want it to be discontinue asap. Because of all this my work is suffered a lot. Today at time of writing this complain i checked on 10am its was not working even though i complained 1 days back. I want my money back as i am not satisfied at all from the day 1.

                      This mail is regarding the complaint that is being raised on 26th may 2016 and complaint number is 26052016w16503. The internet is not working since 26th may 2016 after noon and i had raised the complaint to customer care on same day evening. This complaint is still unresolved. I have been called n number of times to the customer care and local hathway office at hadapsar and also the sale person named azhar pathan. Though the complaint is not resolved since that day.

                      After the repeated follow ups, hadapsar branch office had sent the engineer on saturday evening and seems he did some quick temporary fix. Later that night the internet worked with limited bandwidth with connection terminating multiple times. Since then internet is not working is not in stable condition. Yesterday when i called the customer care, he said that backend team is not available yesterday and hence complaint would be resolved by 12 pm on monday. Still nothing changed and i am still having issues connecting to internet.

                      Everytime i call the customer care, they say the complaint would be ressolved in 4 hours and like wise there were multiple call with 4 hours sla ended. Today now when i called the customer care, he still said that the complaint would be resolved by today 6 pm.

                      If you are not able to resolve the complaint and unable to do so, then please let me know.
                      I would like to get the money refunded and get this connection terminated.

                        I am using the hathway broadband and had subscribed for the 3 month plan. From the day the installation is done, i have to raise a complaint daily for connectivity issue. Also once the complaint is raised, they will send a message that the complaint number is closed without asking the customer whether the issue is resolved or not. What is this... 28th night, i raised a complaint regarding upload speed issue. The support guy rasied the complaint and said tech executive will visit my house next day. On 29th morning, i am getting message that the complaint is closed. Then again connecting with the customer care, they are saying the same thing.. They will register a new complaing, a tech executive will visit the house... When asked whats the resolution provided for the yesterday nights complaint, they said its closed. When asked y, they dont have any answer. What is this...

                          Services were stopped stating balance due of 400 for Feb and Mar. I have made payment of Feb for 200 on 28.2.16 and the operator did not turn for Mar. We moved the place and paid 300 for April, 2016. Operator promised he will take care and yet the services were stopped since last week. Nodal Officer Siddartha did not even bother to listen to us that we made the payment of 200 for Feb and yet he is referring that we did not made the payment as his team is saying so. Initially, he mentioned balance was 600 and when asked for breakdown, he said 400 for Feb and Mar. They do not have a straight answer for what they are referring to. All the time, I have to ask why I have to pay more for feb when they dont have billing system. Now they asked to pay 400 to resume services. I made the payment again for 400 and still do not have any services. All the customer lines will not connect. Pathetic services. Dont know when the services resume or I will get the 200 back.

                            Hathway website not secure! Lost my money. Don't make online payments

                            I made a payment of rs. 4654 for a 6 month subscription. The transaction details are inb/[protected]/techprocess solutions ltd/ and the payment reference no is[protected]. The money was deducted from my bank account but i got a payment gateway error. When i called hathway i was told that they haven't received the money and they refused to register my complaint and they didn't activate my account. My bank has successfully transferred the money...

                            With reference to my account no., I have taken connection of Hathway broadband but sorry to say that your connection is the worst connection in india.Hathway taken advance of Rs. 2300/- for 3month .Which we have paid in advance but after the pain and headache started. Every week have to call the hathway customer care and giving the complain about internet is not working . And they customer care know only two things.
                            1. Sir please switch off your modern and start If not working
                            2. Sir there is problem going on our executives are on the same work, it will rectify in 24hrs.
                            Which never get solved.
                            In last 2.1/2 month i called them more than 100 times for my internet connection.
                            Hathway have the worst and below mark customer service with satisfaction

                            Every 2-3 day internet is down and the same thing calling to customer service.
                            Seems that company is bluffing the customer and enjoying the customer money which they received in advance.
                            My request to company kindly understand the pain of customer. If you cant rectify then please dont give trouble to your customer. We know company is enjoying the advance payment and making us fool.

                              I am using your chennal at my resident since last two years. This year on 10th April your local service provider contractor came at my resident to collect fees, at that time I handed over more then Rs 5000/- to your agent for new HD setup box. After waiting for long time due to shortage of new HD setup box at your Gandhinagar Office. Before two days back he installed new HD setup box without activating HD service. Today morning at 9.42am I visited at your sector -22, office to make inquiry why HD service is not activated since. The person who seat on inquiry counter named Mr Sahdevsing /Sukhadevsing answered me to contect your service provider agent Mr Vanrajsinh Chavada we are not here to answer our complain. I shocked to here his answer and attitude my immediate replay to that gentalman is to clearify whether I am a customer of GPTL or your agent. Why i opted GPTL because of his local office nereby my resident . I am staying at plot no 457/1, sector - 22, Gandhinagar. In the market so many HD TV Chenals service providers are available why I should approch you if your office is not ready to accept me as your customer and pushed me to contect your agnets you people signed with Mr Chavda. I siged with GPTL and pay fees to GPTL.
                              Kindly take appropriate action and clerified me
                              1. I am a customer of GPTL or not urgently
                              2 in future GPTL is answerable to me for any griviance or not.

                              Your replay will help me to to take decission whether i should opt your service or say good by you henceforth.

                                After hearing Hathway has network in 21 cities. I was much excited and chose to use it. I have called the executive multiple times and follow up for activation details. One fine day he turn up and asked me to make payment to get access on same day. The payment was made on 4th Mar 2016 since then he was least brothered to answer my call. I had to chase for connection continuously for a week then wireman came to our address. The wireman was so careless that he left the wire on the floor with modem which was so difficult for me to even close the main door because of it. Finally after begging for connection to service desk for 10 days. My account([protected]) was activated on 14th March 2016.

                                Since then i have faced internet connection problem every alternate day. Below are few complaint number raise with customer care #[protected]

                                Now the worst part of this service is, It is down since last 3 days and whenever we call to check what's the problem, The executive says it will resolve within 4hrs and they don't even know what is the exact issue. When we follow up again after 4 hrs they will just say the same thing again to wait for another 4hrs. This is repeating since last 72 hrs and still going on and asked me to call after 4 hrs. It is very painful that executive(Kamal Pillai) himself asked me to complain to the forum in this regard. I just wonder how easily they take customer for granted. I am just waiting to finish my 3 months subscription period and going to post my experience on our office internal site so that no one should face such bad 3 months by just seeing the brand name.                                   I have not recharged my Hathway internet Pre paid connection since March. Recharge of my Net pack was automatically done by Hathway without my notification or approval.
                                  After multiple calls i requested closure of my account and removal of the DR 5197Rs which was done by hathway without informing me.

                                  Customer care have repeatedly informed me that my account will be deducted of the Amount debited by Hathway without my approval and my net connection will be closed.

                                  Its been 3 months since and no action has been taken, i have 3 recorded coversation with your hathway customer care representatives and 1 video call which shows call to hathway and the entire communication.

                                      Our prime minister is making all efforts to bring business from abroad. This will require our sincere and honest efforts to conduct the business in fair way. Any international company has the code of conducts and business ethics. Why we should not follow such ethics?
                                      I understand that Hathway cable and Datacom Pvt. Ltd, a company having national business in Internet should also follow the ethics in doing the business and stick to the commitments.
                                      I am a senior citizen, with national and international experience in my profession but was surprised with the attitude of their staff in dealing with the Internet ( Wi Fi ) installation at my residence cum office. I am involved with consultancy work, sometimes has to communicate at international level also.
                                      On 7th of May, 2015 on my request Hathway Marketing engineer visited my residence and agreed to provide Internet –Wi Fi facility at my residence. Self-explained him my work place, location of Lap Top from where I will be interacting with others and conducting my work. He confirmed the availability of Wi Fi range in my residence as this being a relatively smaller flat.
                                      Self-paid Rs. 3750, the required amount for installation facility cum operational facility for some specific period. Receipt for the same was given by Hathway engineer.
                                      Installation was completed in couple of days and modem was installed. During next couple of days Hathway engineer visited with Router to commission Wi-Fi.
                                      Due to ease in cable routing the modem was placed in drawing room close to TV location. Hath way engineer installed Router along with the Modem, which was installed close to TV? After connections, he insisted I should work from this Router installed location as Wi Fi range will not be available in my study location. This obvious was not acceptable to me, as my requirement was to work from my study and was committed by Hathway. I also needed lot of reference documents to work on technical work. Max distance from Modem location to study location is around 10 M. Since he has shown his inability to make available Wi Fi range as agreed by his sale engineer, I had to request him that this Router and installation is not acceptable to me and he should take it back, he took back the router and advised me to return the modem to his office.
                                      Further requests and number of e-mails to their Pune office had no response from Hathway, which was a great surprise to me.
                                      Since Hathway was not able to provide me the committed facility, I requested to return my advance and even if so desire Hathway can deduct partial installation charges, though not my fault.
                                      Soon after I was offered an internationally connected assignment at Gurgaon and requested Hathway to take back Modem as I have to leave Pune. As hatchway has no facility to pick up the Modem, self-had to leave the same in their office.

                                      After returning to Pune, I tried to revive my request with their engineer. He asked me to provide Account No. and address which I sent through SMS as requested.
                                      On contact, he asked me to speak to his senior, on speaking to senior person, I was again directed to inform him my Account and address through SMS. This was complied with again.
                                      BUT NO ACTION, NO REPLY WAS ONLY RESPONSE
                                      For me money is not big issue, I have already secured alternative Wi Fi connection, what is important, how honestly the business is carried out by such organization, especially when we have to do international business. I am of opinion that Hath Executives must be conveyed such a case situation through your organization.
                                      Name of persons, with whom dialogues have taken place, or e-mail reference, and receipt details can be provided, if asked.
