Hathway Cable & Datacom — double billing | |||
Worst service provider ever..!!! I have been using hathway broadband for more than 1.5 years now. My account number is[protected]. On july 5th, i have done a payment of rs. 1380 via i-mobile app. A couple of days later i got a call from hathway customer care that my bill is pending for the month of june. When i informed them that i have done a payment through icici mobile app on 5th of july, i was told that the payment has to be done only through hathway website or through hathway mobile app. I did a payment of 1416 on july 13th with an assurance that the 1380 rs will be refunded to me within 10 working days. Days went by but i never received my refund. So i called back again and i was asked to submit a screen shot of my bank statement which i did to some girl named monisha a. But i never got a revert back. By this time icy frustration was on peak and i wanted to talk to some senior person or a manager, but no manager was ready to talk to me. Every single time i was given the same lame excuse that the managers are busy they will get back to you very soon. But trust me nobody did. I am quite surprised what kind of managers hathway has, who are always busy and don't have time to solve customer queries. Today i got a call from hathway saying that they cannot track my payment despite me giving my bank statement. I asked them to send me an email stating the same, that they have not received any payment. I was assured by the agent that she will get back to me after consulting with his senior. After an hour i get a text stating "your request for cc billing with a service id 17072017w971128-1 has been resolved as per our records". Can you believe that..??!! I called back customer care again in order to check that how my query got resolved when i haven't got my refund back. I asked him to connect to the manager so that i can escalate my problem to a higher level but guess what i replied to me. Yes, the same lame excuse... The managers are busy right now. They will get back to you shortly. Trust me this is not about the money anymore the way this issue was handled is very frustrating. I'm sure if hathway had more responsible/literate managers, my problem would have been handled in a better way. I'm sure i will not be getting a revert even for this feedback because i have figured out the unprofessional attitude of people in this company. Was this information helpful? | |||
