Hathway Cable & Datacom — no installation even after payment - almost 5 days

Hello team,

I have done payment for the new broadband connection for plan gpon_hd1_stream_50mb_h before 5 days. But still there is no installation or no information about installation date. I was assured that within 3 days installation will be completed. My company work is pending because of delay with the connection. If you can't do installation asap refund my amount. I have followed up multiple times but no response from customer care.

Updated by Lokesh3890 Because of lockdown I have made payment for work from home but still there is no installation and my office work is impacting. If you still can't provide installation ASAP, give me refund for my payment..
