I'm the user of hathway broadband internet services, my account number is [protected].
As i requested to shift my connection,
Nobody is going to take action against my request, and telling that your requested location is not feasible, and suggesting me to shift to some other location.
Then i requested to refund my amount for unused data, or provide me a connection at my location.
For that the customer care executive told me that "you won't get any refund and won't get a connection at your preferred location.
What can i do right now, please help me to solve the issue. Thank you
