Internet is not working from last 1 week i have raised ticket several time but the ticket get closed without resolving the issue. Below are tickets number which get closed without confirmation but issue not resolved.

Now customer is not answering the call and the call get disconnected automatically after 5 minutes

      I took connection in january & paid 1343 rs for installation & service. Hathway salesman called and said he made payment to my account for 1000rs & said that this 1000rs will add into my account on february.

      Salesman asked me to pay 1000rs immediately to his gpay account and after i conforming 1000rs added to my account in customercare, i transferred 1000rs to salesman account in gpay.

      But when calling in february, customercare said it refunded to account on january 14 (Salesman account), but sales man said he didnt receive the refund and it is yes bank account which is closed. Now from billing team (Mr. Gautham) said your money cant be returned because sales man account was closed and he was not in chennai.

      And also mr. Gautham shouted me if you need money you go and ask in headoffice and also spoke very badly, now i cant able to get my money back.

      Hathway should not get money from customer for any reason, refund only should happend if customer requested but without customer request how it refunded on january 14.

          I have renewed my hathway broadband plan on april 15th, 2020 as i was in an urgency for the broadband connection in my home during this lockdown period i am in need to attend the classes and some other courses going on so i decided to get a broadband connection and when i have called to the sales person she told me that i will recieve the installation service within 24 hours of online paymentand it’s been 3 days and no sign of the installation services and upon this, the sales person who have made me to do the payment is not even responding to my calls and when i call her from other number she lifts and when immediately when she listens my voice she immediately cuts the call and this keeps on happening. I have never faced this worst service through any of the other company services. This is disgusting to be said as a customer. My hathway account number is [protected] and today i have contacted the customer support and asked for a refund of my money i have paid, i have a service id for the refund request and cancellation of the service. The service id is[protected]w782251.
          Please do take it serious and i want to get my money back as soon as possible.

          And i hope the hathway broadband services get better in time so they don’t lose customers.

            I have requested this broadband company a thousand tines to de-register my mobile number and to not call me everyday. But they won’t listen and call me everyday, ask me to subscribe to their network. Please help me get out of their network completely

              I was promised with a data quota of 1000 gb and a speed of 50 mbps while i was taking a plan of hathway... But shortly after i paid my money for pack renewal my quota decreased from 1400 gb to 220 gb.. I didnt use 1200 gb of it and it was all vanished.. I really demand to be given 1000 gb because 220 will be in no way be sufficient for me for a month... I demand for an immediate response..

                  I have made payment for Hathway broadband connection on 21st March 2020. After a week, when I called the customer care executive he told me that due to lockdown there is delay for the setup. The very next day I got a call from Hathway stating that there's no service to your location hence you'll be receiving the refund.
                  After this I tried calling to the customer care executive he did not respond to my number. Yesterday when I made a call to him he's saying go complain to anyone. Such a worst behavior. Raised multiple tickets, it got closed automatically without any resolution. Such a worst customer service.

                    I have not been receiving proper service from Hathway Broadband service in Hadapsar, Pune for few months. But the issue has become very severe for past 1 month. I had a 3 month pack for SPL HD 4 STREAM 50MB QTRLY U plan which was due to expire on April 11 th. My account Number is [protected]. From March 21 to April 5, the internet connection rarely was available and most of the time in the day it did not have any connection at all. I have made several complaints using the Hathway app as well as the customer care. They take tickets and close it very soon after temporarily fixing the issue or not even fixing the issue. They do not call back to check if the internet service is working nor do they send anyone to check the issue physically. Just before the renewal date of April 11 2020, the internet connection was working smoothly for few days. Hoping that the connection improved, I recharged the plan and now the situation have worsened. There is no connection at all.

                    Desirable resolution is to fix the issue or give me full refund.

                      I’m Chirag Mathur, I had been using Gtpl for a while now but, from 1-4-2020 my broadband service is not working (no internet) . I complain about it on customer care about it in every 3 days become no one came to resolve my internet problem. One of there executive (Nimish Patel) misbehaved . He closed my all the complains without resolving it, as well as he also not picked phone when I tried to connect it .he making excuses.

                      Sir/mam, I requesting you to put some light on my issue, because I’m student and because of this Nuisance by the executive regarding my internet issue my studies got distributed. Plz solve the issue ASAP.

                          But my internet services stooped from 20th march 2020 which is 10 days before i can understand lock down situation.
                          Fake statements are
                          No speed as per the plan that 50mbps i have raised several tickets on this concern without attending tickets are closed. I use to get speed 600kpbs to 10 mbps and sometimes 40mbps.
                          Unlimited data: data has limited 220 gbb and when i raised the ticket it was increased to the 1000gb. It is nothing but fake.
                          Now when i raised the ticket
                          I have received new device on 09th-march-2020 and one day it has worked during service and again stopped the service.
                          Now i am requesting for remaining 9 days service. No response from hathway and account has deactivated.

                            I Have cancelled my hath way broad band new connection request since they have failed to give the installation within committed days for whatever reason-my id is [protected]. I have not received any refund even after 9 days of cancellation. I came to know form customer care today that my ticket is closed by back end team which is generated for refund on 5th April[protected]W604715)without even consulting with me and not given refund also.
                            Again today on 13.04.2020, they have raised another ticket[protected]W715888) for refund - not aware how much time this will take

                            Customer care executives also so rude and they are not capable of handling customers by giving the right solutions by arranging call back from back team or higher authorities. Customercare also not ready to give any other contact numbers - failed to understand what is such secret in hathway company after taking money from customer.

                            I am seroulsy doubtful for the account activities of hathway broadband in this scenario. They are not enjoying customer money with interest part also..

                            I would like to get the refund money along with interest at 12% per annum and compensation of Rs.25000/ for my valuable time spend for follow up and mental harrasemened from the represenartives of Hathway broad band

                                I'm the user of hathway broadband internet services, my account number is [protected].
                                As i requested to shift my connection,
                                Nobody is going to take action against my request, and telling that your requested location is not feasible, and suggesting me to shift to some other location.
                                Then i requested to refund my amount for unused data, or provide me a connection at my location.
                                For that the customer care executive told me that "you won't get any refund and won't get a connection at your preferred location.
                                What can i do right now, please help me to solve the issue. Thank you
