Hathway Cable & Datacom — Not getting my refund money | |||
Hi, I am following up on below mail concern, I am not getting my refund money. I contacted several times with customer care help and every time they are saying it's in process and I will get refund soon. Last time when I spoke with customer care he said I will definitely get my refund by 7th March, but still no updates. After few days he said, you will get your money via Cheque by 31st-Dec-2016 or 1st week in Jan-2017. After few days he said try to talk to customer care and get the status. After few days he said talk with Juned Alam, but he never pick my call. I am very disappointed with Hathway service, I am not sure why they took my money if my home is not their connection area.
