Hathway Cable & Datacom — Not getting my refund money

Hi,

I am following up on below mail concern, I am not getting my refund money.

I contacted several times with customer care help and every time they are saying it's in process and I will get refund soon.
Last time when I spoke with customer care he said I will definitely get my refund by 7th March, but still no updates.

Please refund my money immediately otherwise I will take action against this issue.

My Concern :-

I had applied Hathway internet connection (Dated 13-Dec-2016), but due to my area(connection address) it was not completed.
But my money via cheque total 2757/- amount has been debited from my back account. After few days they said that my home is not under their connection area so will be refunded to me.

But after several follow up I am not getting any status, please see below person details with whom I was connected. I also tried to talk with customer care and they said it will be refined withing 45 days, so I had waited 45 days.
But, now it has been around 2 months and I am not getting my money and any updates regarding my refund status.

Sales Manager Name: Juned Alam - ([protected], [protected]) -
Has took the document and bank cheque. I tried to call him many times but he has never answered my calls.

Contact Person: Sameer Khan ([protected]) -
He is the first person with I had talked regards new connection. after 1 week he said I had given connection so I will do the refund process. After few days he said, you will get your money via Cheque by 31st-Dec-2016 or 1st week in Jan-2017. After few days he said try to talk to customer care and get the status. After few days he said talk with Juned Alam, but he never pick my call.

I am very disappointed with Hathway service, I am not sure why they took my money if my home is not their connection area.

Please update me for the same. I want my money back within few days.
