Hathway Cable & Datacom — Refund of amount for acc [protected] | |||||
Hi, I moved to a new location and I opted to submit the connection and terminate the connection. But Hathway customer care promised to go for shifting and if shifting is not possible to new place then they will refund the remaining usage amount. Now I got a mail from them that since they dont have the connectivity in my new area so they cannot provide the connection over there. So I asked them for refund of amount to which I got a reply that since you were a prepaid customer so they cant refund the amount. At the time of taking connection they were giving me the connection of 1 year subscription but as I was not sure whether I will continue to that place so long... so I opted for three months plan. They were at that time putting pressure that dont worry sir if you shift out we will refund remaining amount if shifting is not possible. Now they are denying from refunding the amount. At the time of taking money everything seems possible but when refund scene is there they are making new rules of not refunding. My plan was of three months of which I have used only 1 month and I have remaining two months left. Kindly help. Was this information helpful? | |||||
