I was the prospective customer of Hathway (acc no. [protected]) and had booked the broadband internet connection for my house which now have forced to cancel it due to the response, lethargic attitude and fake commitment. Please note this note is not to push you to do your job but passing an official confirmation to cancel the deal. The job which was committed to execute on 3rd April with a big words & before evaluating the companies competency and strength and background the advance payment was also made on faith. But hereafter got harassed like hell and people are playing phone game hiding identity and made me to keep repeated the same concerns again and again every tom dick and harry. But till today these immature guys did not bothered to give a call to the customer and today again passing and giving commitment for today. With impression that if first experience at presales is so pathetic then how I will get treated in future during after sales. Its indeed a pathetic. I would request to refund the amount without bragging your policy constraints as there is no policy in the system is my observation and i believe 45 day refund policy is not towards harassing the customer & wont be mentioned in you policy . I hope it will be taken up strongly and arrange to refund the payment by next two days.
Please check with your guys Dhiraj, Pintu verma, Bijinder, , in addition to field technicians, appellate did not bothers to response calls, finally today on nodel no to cancel. Nodel no. LADY tried to justity the delay with pseudo payment date which as per her statement that the payment I paid on 1APR through debit card got realised on 5th March. Please have some sense in this regards and trained them to give a better logic.
Do you agree I should required to chase so vigoursly for the stuff you are selling? Advise, Please keep yourself and your business in track.

Updated by sanjeev Dey Their response and attitude seem like any other local contractor who commit something and have no capacity to do such silly small job and shamefully sit quite running away from the customer and hides their face like a recovered caught thief.
They never learn, worse service provider, chears GTPL. I have also face lots of issues, they cheating customer and making money out of it. they also did same with me too block my num, online login etc. You already waste money, dont waste by calling them and takeing follow up.
Instead File complaints to gov body on issue better option.
