[Resolved]  Hathway Cable & Datacom — return of router

Hello hathway team,
I used hathway internet for about a year.
My internet id was [protected].
After that i moved to a new location where hathway does not provide services. I told the same to hathway that i will not be using the services anymore. After, about 5 months, i am getting a message that i will be getting a legal complaint if i don't return bthe router. I don't understand this. I have the router with me. I have few questions:
1. During the installation i paid security deposit. Why, no one has called me for returning the deposit?
2. I was told that the router is free. Like airtel we can keep the router even when we move to some other place. There will no follow up for the router as security deposit is already paid. So why i am getting all these calls now?
I have the router with me. When you send your person for router please send deposit money also.
