Hi,
I raised a complaint in this forum on dec 12th with the subject
"hathway cable & datacom — was offered cc camera with installation free on 6 months renewal", after several tries contacting the customer support failed in the last 5 months.
After the above complaint, i get a call immediately on the next day, but to my surprise the executive who calls me, just knows my name, and again asks me what the problem was.
Even after raising so many complaints with hathway itself, and also after giving such a detailed description in the complained raised above, i had to explain everything from the beginning.
Then after listening to all my story, the executive said she will get a call back arranged with the resolution.
Its exactly 10 days now, that i am still waiting for the call.
And, the worst part is that the earlier complaint which i raised has been marked as resolved.. How and why???
Please don't degrade your reputation further.. And act fast on this.
