[Resolved] Hathway Cable & Datacom — wrong commitment by customer care executive | |||
Customer care executive explained a plan of 50 mbps for 3 months at the cost of rs.1500. But once i made a payment through paytm, they told me we are unable to proceeed for 50 mbps plan for 3 months, instead asked me to get the connection active for 5mbps plan for 3 months in same amount of 1500.
