Hathway — Charges for not returning the modem

Hi,

I have disconnected my connection via account number [protected].
I am not using the same from October 22.

From last week some person from Hathway called and they told that the modem has to be given back. But nobody came to collect the same from me.

Now they are calling and asking for Rs. 2500/- for keeping the modem with me. More Interestingly the customer care number does not work. Only I am getting calls from different numbers for renewing my account.

Kindly help to resolve the same.
