Hathway — deactivate and unsubscribe my hathway account -[protected] | |
Dear hathway customer service, I've been receiving messages and calls from hathway daily to pay the amount and get promotional gb of data. I have closed my account in july 2020 and suddenly i am receiving messages now on broadband. This is so annoying. I requested and told all of your customer service people about that i'm not using hathway anymore but it seems they didn't take any actions further. It's been more than 4 months since i used the hathway account.in addition, i don't understand the process of pre-paid service and it's our choice to pay whenever we'd like to pay. Kindly, request you to stop calling and sending messages to my personal number and deactivate my hathway account for good. Here's my account number - [protected] Attached the image for reference. I have deactivated my account months back but still now everyday i am getting calls everyday multiple times
I have also requested the sales people to activate dnd but none of them did
