ISSUE: My Hathway internet broadband plan is supposed to give me a download speed of 25 Mbps and an upload speed of 5 Mbps. Since the last few days, my speed has been drastically reduced to 1 Mbps!
My plan does NOT have any FUP limit. I've been using it for years. Even if there was a limit, it shouldn't apply anymore because a new month (May 2022) has just started.
I've tried using the app, tried calling, as well as sending emails.
All I got was a ticket number which they closed within a day WITHOUT fixing the issue or even contacting me. It's been nearly a week now and my speeds are still low.
DESIRABLE SOLUTION: I'd like my speed to go back up to where it is supposed to be: 25Mbps download, 5Mbps upload.
