Sir i am no more a customer of hathway it has been 10 months and still i get calls and messages from hathway, its very disturbing . I have send messages, emails still they continue to disturb me. Now they have crossed the limits, when i tell them not to call i am not a customer anymore they told me since they have my data they will continue to call me and i have to reply then as well....

This is regarding the renewal amount due on 8th April of rs 3230. I paid the amount via TechProcess which was an option in the hathway page. I made the payment on the 8th of April, received a text message from hathway saying "Rs 3230 has been initiated towards your Hathway Broadband account No. with Txn ID." The Amount debited from my account on 8th April itself.

Absolutely in different operators, Mr Muniraju disconnects the calls. Amit doesn't respond. Are we users useless, paid advance too. But not getting any cable since 15 days.
Numerous calls made, all in vain.
There is no one taking on us to assist.

Some websites are blocked by hathway side, this is disturbed my work. Atleast they give access to customer opinion, but they are said only not give access. So they are worst, that was why i am disconnect my connection....

I have recently purchase one 12 months gtpl plan. I have paid them the amount. Thay told me that my connection is going to install in 1/2 days. Still there is no connection installed.

I had asked for disconnection of service and the account was deactivated but the modem was not taken nor any personnel came to take the modem during disconnection.

Subsequent after few months hathway called for recovering modem and I asked them to collect and they said they would send someone to collect the modem.But still now no one came and the hathway staff's has been calling me repeatedly to recharge.

So as to not receive calls from Customer care to recharge my account.
All my attempts failed. Hathway still don't terminate my subscription or placed DND. But keep calling me to remind me for recharge. It's annoying....

Hi I have several hathway connection as I have brach office all over Chennai, I have told them to put my number in dnd several time but they never listen, they keeps calling. I am getting minimum 50 to 100 calls everyday, even though I block all their number they come in new numbers to torcher me. If you can arrest these hathway head for min torchering an individual please do it and let them never do this again to anyone....

I have disconnected the hathway broadband and as i have switch to another isp which is providing the broadband using fiber. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily twice i'm getting call from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. How to stop this call?
