I disconnected the hathway broadband and gave back the router but since then for 2 months now I receive 4 to 5 calls everyday to get their connection. My classes get disturbed. please help

    I have disconnected the hathway broadband because of relocating to different part of Indore where hatchway services are not available. I have called to customer care to stop the service but daily I am getting calls and messages from hathway stating that we're providing offer please do recharge. Sometimes the number of calls is as much as 10. How to stop these calls? Do I need to lodge an FIR or send a legal notice? As per your guidelines I reached customer care and informed to stop the service but still it’s not been done. What else is expected from consumer?

        Hathway calls me twice a day from different numbers. I keep telling them to stop calling me, but they still call again and again for the last 6 months. This is harassment.

        I dont want the internet connection and I dont want any more calls

            Hello, Myself Manoj. i have taken Hathway internet service in June of 2020 but due to poor service and internet connection in after six months i have stopped using it, later on i handed over the router to the hathway personal also but I am receiving telemarketing calls from hathway internet call centre daily. From few days calling personal is being rude and abusing in the calls. Even after saying multiple times that i am not interested in there internet service i am receiving calls daily without a miss. Its being a big nuisance for me. its being more than a year i am receiving calls i have requested many times not to call me but still they are torturing me. Kindly look after this issue. its really a big headache for me to handle there calls.

              This is a general case with hath way, which I found out only after becoming a victim.
              They charge a deposit foe broadband which they call refundable amount after surrender of device.
              They say so even when you raise the device surrender request. The response changed once the device is collected.
              They have not refunded my initial deposit. And they never do. Its unethical.
              They do not tell about terms and conditions. They said 'u received a otp and shared with us. That was online signing of agreement'.
              But I was told otp was to validate my phone number.

              Bunch of liars.

                  I have Came out from Hathway last year and i have returned Modem Box as well. But every day i have at least 6 calls and 5 sms, I have complained so many times to stop. But no actioned they take. Please help me to stop nonsense calls.

                    Dear Sir / Madam,
                    I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet connection. The issue that I have experienced was: I have subscribed for 6 months of the plan, just after a few
                    weeks my Internet got disconnected and no one gave me an estimated time to get it resolved. It's a technical issue of DP down from the GTPL side. I have subscribed and paid the amount for the 6 Months of 100 MBPS speed broadband for non-interrupted broadband connection where they (GTPL Team) assured will resolve the issue within the same day. This is the third day my broadband is not working, if the GTPL team is not able to provide me with the internet, please refund the payment I made just before a few weeks.
                    It occurred on: 12/04/2022
                    Please provide the broadband or refund the complete amount.
                    I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply back via this email account.

                      The worst every service provider i have every seen internet gets stopped working on every second day and technicians are coming to check after 2-3 days even though my complain is not solved technician mark them as solved no customer support is given to us i would never recommend anyone gtpl in my life

                        I have started my plan on 20 Dec 2020 for 3 months and after one month I had to change my location, so I raised a ticket to Hathway to change my location within Noida and they promised that if I want to change my location they will do it free of cost. But there was no response from them till my subscription end.

                        After the subscription ended, they came back and provided me the new subscription offers and whenever I tried asking for the status of the ticket they disconnected the call or said they don't provide service in that location. Now Hathway has mailed me that they can take a legal action against me as I have the modem.

                          False allegations for Modem submission

                          I was a user from Hathway for 1 year. When I was out of town I was getting ton of calls that please recharge your account. I informed them multiple times that I am out of town and won't be able to recharge. After some days they started harrassing by saying "Agar paise ni h to lete ku ho WIFI" . After which I asked the lady to take your modem and I want to end the services with Hathway.
                          A hathway engineer came and took modem and cutted...

                          I have returned the modem/router and when i asked for the refund amount which i paid as a deposit they’re saying that they cant refund since I’m not active user for 3 years, which wasn’t informed to me during installation.

                              I was Hathway's customer six months back. For personal reasons, I relocated to a different city, and so I terminated my hathway connection. Ever since I am getting calls from their customer care from at least six different numbers every day. Blocking these numbers did not solve the problem, as none of these numbers are repeated.

                                  I have deactivated my Hathway account in 2021 and returned my modem and told them not to contact again . but everyday i am gettting 4-5 repeated calls to reactivate my account.i scolded them many times which is of no use . please let how to take legal action against them. i have already raised a complaint in conumer complaints board and no action was taken but the complaint marked as resolved . this is the last chance i want to give the next you will face me in the court of law i will take it further how much far it can go there is a limit you people are crossing that limit.

                                    My GTPL broadband is recharged with 100 Mbps. But speed is around 10 Mbps.
                                    I complaint on 30th March 2022 and they told me to change connection to fiber optic in 24 hours resolution time.
                                    But still i am doing daily follow-up and they process nothing.
                                    I also have asked for cancel my recharge and give money back if they are not able to install fiber optic, they are not responding.

                                      Dear Team,

                                      I got a call from Hathway customer service people they told me offer is going on in Hathway Broadband just for 471 I paid 1580 rupees as advance payment and from second month I can do recharge for 471 but now when I am going to recharge they are saying you need to do recharge for 600 rupees they are refusing and doing like harassment kindly looking to this and do the needful
